Return & Refund Policy

Conditions for Return
• You can request a return within 7–30 days from the delivery date (choose the number you prefer).
• The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
• Returns are accepted only for items that arrived damaged, wrong, or defective.

• Opened or used products
• Items damaged due to misuse
• Clearance or final-sale items (optional)

Refunds
Since we operate with Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds are processed as follows:
• If the product is damaged or incorrect → You will receive a full refund.
• Refunds are issued through:
– Replacement product (choose one or keep all options)
• Refunds are processed after the returned item arrives and is inspected.

Order Cancellations
• You can cancel your order before it is shipped.
• Once the order is out for delivery, cancellation is not guaranteed.

Damaged or Wrong Item
If you received a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24–48 hours with photos or videos of the issue. We will replace the item or issue a refund.
